Where to start? I wanted to find a cabin for a romantic getaway for my BD. My partner found that place and we decided to go there for one night. Oh boy... The location is average, first of all, but that is not the sad part. The sad part is that it's such a rip off: you pay like 160 euros for a small ugly cottage with a giant fridge making noise, dirty dishes, no sofa, very old appliances, it looks old, it smells old, it's not cozy, it's not comfortable. Come on, don't ask for that much money! I have stayed in a cute cottage, double the size, all new, for less that half the price also in Sweden. Needless to say, it ruined my weekend, we left and spend the night at our appartement. I can't understand how people dare to charge that much money for such a shabby cottage. I have also written a e-mail to Umeå's website to question their advertising for such a place (this is where we heard of the place).

Unforgettable stay. Amazing scenery. Nice and comfortable cottages and rooms. The receptionists help you find the activities that you are looking for. The tour guides are awesome .
This is an extraordinary place. We stayed here in December 2018. It was so wonderful – the team is extraordinary!!! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed every minute of it. We stayed in the bird’s nest (awesome!), enjoyed all activities, enjoyed the friendliness, the whole team made us feel welcome and home and the food was extraordinary and outstanding. This hotel is highly recommendable!
Very cosy and delicious food. Great selection of non alcoholic drinks, much of it locally produced
Not good food comparing to its high price. The staffs are good though. No winter facilities to watch aurora around a bonfire. Great place for camping though around civilization with essential needs just few steps far. Specially the tree house hotel is eye catching but the service isn’t as good enough. They need to improve huge in vast areas.
