A car dealership that scams people. Bought a car that was advertised on their website as 2017. Now after 1 year i take it in for a guarantee case and they tell me the car model is 2016 even after showing them proof that they had advertised it as 2017 and under law i still have guarantee they refused to fix it. You are better off buying a used car privately at a much cheaper price knowing that you don't have guarantee rather than buying it from dinbil and being cheated

Helpful and polite. A bit slow when there are queues. But once the car was in their possession, it was a smooth process. They fixed it quite fast and was notified when I was able to pick it up.
You've got quite a lot of options to purchase for a new car. I'd rather KOLEOS from Renault, and CIVIC from Honda
Excellent service - very impressed
Very bad: I went there to see/buy a VW car that I saw online. The reception called a guy who I agreed with him earlier (via phone) to show me the car. The guy told the reception that he is coming down to meet me. After waiting for 36 minutes, the guy did not show up and I left the place! I am not angry, but feel sorry for them. Too bad for the dealer and for the manufacturer of the car!
It is so complicated to do anything here. Everything is slow. If you book service via phone there is a big risk you will get in trouble. I got the wrong time for the appointment some, some extra waiting time. Waiting for the desk guys is painfull, literally some of them take a 10 min break in between every customer they talk to. They offer you breakfest but it is not want is needed. Seriously, 1:30h to change oil? And i had a booked timeslot.
Great seller and good information on the products. Very happy with my visit.
