they just use dirty tricks to fool foreigners, end up paying more, and pay 1200kr to end the contract. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM

A nasty company. Not only I ended up with paying more, the dirty tricks began after I quit our contract with them. They first sent an invoice of 700kr for \cancellation fee\, I was able to fight that by showing I notified them long enough, and then after a few months they sent an invoice of 250 for a delayed payment that they never invoiced me before. You may be a happy customer now, good luck when you try to get out of the contract!

Liars. Do not believe anything they say. I was trapped by their sales people. To be honest I don’t speak Swedish. So they tricked me and said this was the best deal ever. Then they asked me to sign. But then I asked specifically is this a contract that I’m signing? They said no this is just a price check against my current provider and it’s not a contract, someone will call me in 7 days and see if I want to go ahead. Then they asked me to sign with BankID and I asked again is this a contract I’m signing. They said no the bankid is just for GDPR purposes. Completely lied about everything. Do not trust them on anything and just run the other way.

worst phone call I've ever had. Told him tight away I didn't want to sign or approve anything at all until I have gotten all information in written form so I can read it through myself and compare to what I have now. He insisted that I just sign it and then I would get all the information and be able to cancel it within 14 days. I made a quick google search for the company and it seems like everyone has had a bad experience with this company. Someone even said they had to pay a 700kr cancellation fee? Stay away!

Very rude and trying to convince you to switch to their connection. They call from unknown numbers and say you that they aren't gonna sell you anything new. keep on talking as they think you don't understand them.

Good price but watch out for hidden fees. I was paying 100kr extra each month for something called Heltrygg, something that I had not ordered and that didn’t benefit me in any way when I asked them what it was.
