I had a great massage at Göteborg Spa. Special mention to Ms. Jocelyn. Two thumbs up for you and 10stars for your great hands :) The area is so cozy. Unfortunately, I am just giving 3 stars to this company because it is not easy to find a time to get a massage. Ps: I had to make a call several times coz nobody is answering my call. They would call you back the day after you tried to reach them. I find the receptionist (who made a return call) unfriendly and she sounded so stressful or in a hurry situation.

The nicest thing was that the staff were quite friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cosy and calming. I was served tea which was nice too. However, I tried the place using an offer for \fotvård\. But what I recieved was rather a foot massage. They should have stated this clearly in the offer or should have named it foot massage instead. So it was a kind of waste of time for me. As I needed to go somewhere else to get a proper foot job. Also, they are supposed to open at 10. I was there at 10 and rang the bell. They were inside but wouldn't open till 3 minutes over 10! This was quite irritating. They could have let me in and sit in the waiting room. But they chose to keep me outside instead! Hence the 3 stars!

I do not recommend this spa to anyone. I had booked a facial. My experience was not good. I was left for ten minutes after the steam was done, wich means my face was cold when the extractions began. There was constantly talking about what I should buy and that the products I use was no good. I was told they were gonna do a chemical peel, this means my bill ended up twice as much as the facial I ordered. I was never told about the extra charge.I later found out that the mask they used to moisture in my skin is something I Can buy at the local drugstore. When I complained I was offered to use their pool. An overall bad experience and I am left feeling cheated and have had a bad facial.
