I seldomly write a review but this was such a bad experience that I just have to. I went by the shop with a seiko lassale from the early 80ties, a fine piece that needed its crystal glued back in and a battery. Seemed simple enough. I'll give a little summary: someone had worked on it before, he didn't like that. Well it's from the 80ties what do you expect. The crystal was never supposed to be glued, it needed a gasket. Well no its supposed to be glued... OK to glue in the glass he wanted to take out the internals. So he did. OK the glue doesn't stick. Here s your watch back, the glass and watch case and the dial hands (seriously?!) are now full of glue. I can't get the axle back in and it's bend now because we'll, I have no clue what I'm doing... It doesn't hold time anyway so Uhh good luck, have it as a memory, it's not worth it byebye. I should have received money after leaving there. Back home I straightened the axle, put it back in without any issues, and glued in the glass myself. No issues, just patience and a steady hand. While I was waiting in the shop he replaced some batteries as well: no new gaskets. And one Micheal kors with a press in case back he couldn't get to seat so he was ramming it with a pin and a case opener as a hammer... OMG. Run people run!!!! No seriously, this guy has no clue and has no right to call himself a watchmaker. He knows who I am when he reads this and he'll have to admit that this is exactly how it went. As a respons to the reaction: I took out the battery, and acknowledged that. This had nothing to do with the repairs he messed up. At least he doesn't deny any of the things I wrote, but still tries to acuse his customer of lying. Fantastic...

Had a very quick repair (replacing the back of a watch which had fallen off) and the service was excellent and friendly!! Great experience.
Gå inte hit, de försöker lura kunder som enligt deras mening verkar inkompetenta! Gick hit för en tid sedan för att sälja mina fyra gamla omega klockor och de gav mig de mest extrema skambud!! Flera tusenlappar lägre per klocka än andra ställen jag hade frågat på. Jag sa att jag har blivit erbjuden mer på andra ställen och de dumförklarade mig och försökte intala mig att mina klockor är i mycket dåligt skick i kraft av det ena och det andra, och att klockorna egentligen inte är värda särskilt mycket alls utan deras justeringar! Min far återkom i kostym en månad senare med en av klockorna, upp till bevis... Han blev då erbjuden dubbelt så mycket som jag hade blivit för samma klocka - bara för att han såg kunnig och rik ut kanske? Vi blev oerhört förbannade och kände oss väldigt kränkta! GÅ INTE HIT

Extremt bra och trevlig service! Kvalité klockor och andra tillbehör! Ville ha nya band till min gamla utslitna klocka. Personalen fixade det på bara några minuter! Väldigt nöjd :)
Dom försöker blåsa dig och ljuger om klockans skick. Ville att jag skulle betala 6000 bara för att det vad en Rolex lagade klockan för 300 kr hos en expert !
