They never have time for you and the phone queue is always filled up. Was supposed to get a doctors appointment on direction from my therapist to get some medication and was just told there are no appointments ever. Same with COVID testing. Once I got through and the woman doctor I met was very nice. But they need to fix their queue system/front desk or something.

Had to explain, argue, explain again, argue few more times to get an appointment. First the nurse says no appointments in near future. I said we are not in a rush and she could not tell me what is the earliest available time. After I explained how disappointing the health service is for the tax we pay etc... voila, she gave me an appointment for next week!
I am totally confused by this place. Is it really a healthcare institution? Some doctors don't hesitate to park their bikes right in the examination room.
The worst healthcare system I have taken sorry I couldn’t take care at all! Since it is impossible to get appointment unless you are dying!
Our phone queue is filled for today - please call the next week day\. One hour before they close? I find this really odd. The 1177 feature where you can request them to call you back is disabled.

Om man är missnöjd med närhälsan kan man skriva till IVO där har man möjlighet att framföra klagomål. Har också fått veta att man måste ha läkarintyg om man är under 18 år och vill ta antikroppstest hos närhälsan! Hur fan funkar det när man är frisk? Då får ju FHM ingen info att tillföra statistiken.
Alldeles för mycket folk i förhållande till vad den klarar av. Väntrummet är proppfullt med människor. Extremt nonchalant läkare som gav litet förtroende, och bristfällig vårdcentral på flertal punkter… Drop- in tider är ständigt ett problem att få. Ni borde se över era rutiner!!!
