Superb! Lunch was great and super cozy. Nice place to catch up with good friend/s. Ambience was calm and that makes you even more relax while enjoying their delicious food. And the sallad buffé was great. Booking a table was quick and convenient plus the staffs where very accomodating. \u200d\u200d Located in the middle of Gothenburg.

For the money you pay, you probably get less value here than anywhere else in Gothenburg. The food is mediocre at best - we arrived at opening hours and the fried dishes were already cold (the bacon had hardened), as if they were just leftovers from the standard hotel breakfast. The rest was OK, but for an establishment with the reputation of the Ritz (and the steep price) you would expect more. Also, it may seem like a minor detail, but unlike any other brunch place I have visited in Gothenburg, DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Yes, they expect you to both pay the very high standard fee AND 31SEK extra to get a normal glass of orange juice. Will not be coming back.

We came here in the afternoon for coffee and tea. As such, we were obviously guests of third class. We sat outside, and the waiter asked us to go to the bar directly and order there. The barkeeper stood with the back towards us, turned his head around, and then kept doing whatever and ignoring us. Then he left. After 5 minutes, the waiter who asked us to go to the bar in the first place, came inside and then took our order. This was ridiculous. Besides that, the interior looks old, worn down and the place really needs a do-over. My first Ritz experience, and my last. Shame on you.
Sunday lunch: we were looking for a place to eat, happened to pass by here. Unfortunately none of the waiters had time for us. I think I saw 3 of them, and about 3 guests, so maybe those guests got excellent 1-on-1 service, but we got tired of waiting and left :(
Great brunch, though used to be more vegetarian friendly before.
Great selection of salmon and herring to start. The hot main dishes were diverse and all delicious. It's a huge selection and you'll definitely find food you like.
Juice should be included, otherwise it is a excellent brunch.
