Usually small bussinesses offer better service, but it comes with a price hike compared to the giants. Not at this place! The service is exceptional and it was actually cheaper than what the two giants had to offer. This was my first visit after a recommendation from a friend, but will surely not be my last!

Really good support and service by knowledgeable people
Even though the shop was super busy, I got great help and a great deal! On busier times, they would benefit from a waiting system, but no problem if you are not in a rush.

You know what guys? I'm gonna go out on a limb here and give these guys 5 stars. I have no intention of ever coming here but if I were, it would be to buy a pair of Adidas Trimm Trabbs or Gazelle's. You should check out my man Phil, he's the one in Sweden with curly hair. Yes, he lives in Sweden.
Fantastic service, friendly staff, great selection of products. Was quite shocked at the level of service at Udens, compared to other similar style sports/bicycle shops I've been to since I moved home to Sweden. If you have any questions about skiing equipment, don't go anywhere else but to Udens!
