No where to contact them directly. And its also hard to find the place
It's a very good and modern show room. I had good and pleasant interaction with one of the receptionist, he tried to help me. However, I feel that sale persons need to be bit more welcoming and self-motivated. I went there to buy a car but I didn't feel welcome, I tried to get some information but salesperson didn't show much enthusiasm, she looked too bored and showed lack of interest to give me full information. In short, I had to inquire her about everything myself, I think being salesperson she could have done better marketing by giving all the information on her own. Due to this casual attitude, I went to another dealership and bought my car from there.
Edit 1: they have changed the battery since the car was in warranty and I decided to keep the tyres to avoid further stress of putting them in the car and driving it back to the shop - they are not bad tyres, just not the ones we agreed on. Original: Had a mixed buying experience today. Bought a used car and it had a low battery issue driving it out of the showroom. The salesperson who had done my deal had already left for the day, but I was able to get help from other people. I went back and they said that they will look at it and eventually changed the battery. Then I discovered that it seems they have provided different tyres than the ones I paid for. That is also not ok. I have notified them of this and they said they will have the salesperson contact me tomorrow. Overall I felt that this was not a good car buying experience and to be honest, do not think I can recommend, even though I am a Volvo employee. So unfortunate, but it would be really great if they can improve the situation.

Actually, I have a question: If I buy a 2020 V60 T5 from the factory overseas tourist delivery program, they do not offer the Polestar engine software tune [Polestar Optimization] as an option. Can I have that software tune installed at this dealership, and if so, what is the price?
