Nice park and the neighbors should maybe not effect the rating, but they can be quite annoying later in the evening, enough so that I cannot really recommend it fully.

It's okay, nothing special. Hard to get speed for certain obstacles.
I am a beginner skateboarder, and I find this to be a well kept skate park, with friendly and helpful people, where I learn new things every time I come.
It's a really good place
As a bmx rider. Big skatepark with many obstacles. Two bowls, lot of quarters and small banks, one kinked rail and one small grindox. There is a shed where you can hide during rain.
