Great cars at a good price price
I was looking for the Land Rover Department as this is the address the website says but I ended up at the Mercedes area. The pretty boy at the \customer service\ desk didn't even look up at me. I asked if I was in the right place. He told me I had to take a number (I didn't know which one I needed, there were 3 options) even though there were no customers in the entire building! He then told me I was in the wrong place but couldn't take a minute to tell me where land rover had moved to. His tone was rude, and very bad mannered. When he realized I wasn't going to leave, he left his desk and pushed the button for a different department so they could \deal with me\!!! Fortunately the guy from that desk was very helpful but I can honestly say I do not remember the last time being spoken to so rudely! Im very thankful I own a Land Rover, not a Mercedes as I would hate to have to deal with people like him again! Fortunately when I got to the land rover people (3.5km away) they were very nice. Moral of the story, forget the Mercedes, buy a Land Rover, you'll get further.
