Not competent. Agreed times are not respected, defects on car are not repaired, bad communication between the employees. Customer vehicles are parked on the street. Orders will be billed but customers not informed that they are ready for collection. Service on the vehicle is not carried out correctly or completely. (Multiple times) If you take care of your car yourself, it will probably be better maintained than here..
