Its huge & one stop shop for all you may need for your home. Well sorted and easy to find aisles, abundance of sortings in all categories and friendly staff. And they have a live Sushi Kitchen for all the Japanese food lovers and a Cafe to sit, wait and have a chat with friends.

The best ICA I have been to in the whole of Sweden, clean, big store with lots of products on sale, plenty of parking and not overly crowded.

Ica is a grand supermarket chain is sweden and most of them are a safe bet for the regular consumer. Bunch of deals and reasonable prices. Maxi Råå has a lot of diverse things to offer even if it isn't the biggest Maxi. One of the more expensive due to its location within helsingborg. However if you're a member this can prove worth it. Especially with the customer service and very generous heads of the company as you are being treated as a customer should. The work ethics and community makes this seem like a place you'd like to work at as well.

I have shopped here every week for a number of years. A few weeks ago I was asked at the self service checkout to go through a helavstämning. It was 21:50, I had been in the store nearly 2 hours, and already packed about 2 000 kr of items neatly in to 5 or 6 bags. I was required to haul everything out, put it through the checkout and re-pack it. The checkout assistant was neither apologetic nor helpful. Not even nearly. She rammed it all through, rudely disagreed with how I charged/ticketed the melons, and promptly disappeared, leaving me to repack everything on my own. This is a good example of how to needlessly destroy customer loyalty. I have not been back to the store since then and will not go back either.
