Absolutely the the worst bathing/sauna place I have tried except the staff which was super nice. Sauna below average as in quality, seperated saunas for men and women (they offer 2 times a week family times) and only 1 sauna with bad sea dipping condition. Badly taken care off and simply not even close to good standards. You can and should do better Helsinborg. Would give 1 star but since the staff was great I give it 2.

One of the best saunas I have ever been to. It's simple, They only have one sauna. But it is at one of the best locations ever. Cleanliness is good Service is great They have towels and other necessities It is located in the centre of the city at the sea, with a great view over Denmark. Out of all the saunas in Helsingborg I would 100% recommend this one.

Superb sauna with fantastic views towards Denmark.
The lady who was working the desk the day we came in (we were a bachelorette party of 5) was insanely rude and we could hear her yell at customers from the dressing room. We were in the company of another bachelorette group and we just looked at eachother, a bit shocked. We were looking around and exploring the place, when she felt the need to lecture us on the sauna. We hadn't done anything upto this point other than look around - we had only gotten in 5min ago and were new to the experience, but for some reason she was impatient with us (guessing because it was 1hour before closing time) and felt the need to roll her eyes at us. You do not roll your eyes at your customers. Way to ruin a group activity for our bride to be. However, the actual place itself was very nice!! Treating us a little bit better would have made all the difference regarding this review.
