Avoid online purchase.This company just doesn't communicate with customers, returns are impossible. I bought a pair of wellies online but despite ordering one size bigger than my foot, they were too small. Tried to follow the return instructions as according the the company postage with UPS , if the return form is used should be 6 EUR. Ups says it's 50. Tried to call the company several times and sent emails to ask for instructions, but they just have been ignoring me for over 7 weeks. I can't comment on the actual product, but I would avoid buying from the online.

Well, let mell all of you this, Tretorn is what I think very proud of their boots, but even if they comittet a simple error during the year 1990 to 1994, regarding to one of the world's absolutely best boot with an high excellent performance in fitness and quality as well as colour mix. I'm crying everyone I think of that lovely boot as I explained about. Well a boot needs to bee updated sometimes. But they never let go of its high quality fit. Everyone should have or should by one pair of tretorn. Now here is my favourite boots. Tretorn Bore. The old model of tretorn strong. And of course Tretorn DBZ also the old model. or previously model. these boots never leave my feet no metter what, they have a good protection and insulation inside the boot. It's become my everyday boots, I almost want to sleep with them on me but I do love them very much. So Tretorn Helsingborg is very proud of their knowledge about their boots. It could been a little better of course. But I'll respect them for the job and design they do finally, I would like to say thank you Tretorn for an very wonderful boot with one of the world's best fitness and comfortable Comfort.
