The most unhelpful man in Malmo. I arrived early to collect my hire car and was told to come back 30 minutes later and not a minute sooner!! When I asked if anything could be done to help he let out an weird laugh and said no... The guy made it very uncomfortable for me to be in the shop so I had to leave.. If you do collect a car from here try and avoid the guy with the strange laugh.

Warning! Do not rent from this location! I have got parking fine, which I have paid on the next day. I have sent several evidences to Hertz customer service that I paid the fine. Beside this fact they took out the fine plus 300 SEK administration fee from my card. When I asked what is it, they answered they couldn't even see in the system there was a fine. I showed them the evidences and than they answered they contacted the parking company which said the fine was not paid twice. I paid the fine, they say they paid the fine as well, so somebody lie here. After two months Hertz still don't want to transfer back my money, they still say the fee was not paid twice. I have asked the evidence that they have even spoken to the parking company, but they did not send it. It shows they lied to me. So if you don't want to pay fake/already paid fines to Hertz, do not rent anything from Hertz Biluthyrning Malmö!

Very rigid and not friendly at all. You cannot trust information received, they conjure up their own 'rules' and trick you for additional fees. On top of that, extremely poor and rude service.
