Totally unreliable! One has to wait the whole day at home for a delivery, and you're lucky if you get delivered. It has happened more than once so will certainly not recommend it to anyone!

The desk staff are friendly here...they even direct you to the right place when you realize your package was not sent with them! The only thing I wish they had was a queue number machine. Everyone always has to ask who was next...since everyone is just bunched together in the same small room.
