I should get a Guinness record by waiting an answer from them for the fixing cost 12 april to 2 may and I didnt get any answer yet ... so slow and unprofessional. When you get service like that it should be for free. I hope that somebody can recommend another serviceworkshop for me because this service needs service...

Customer dosent seam to be their first prio! Holmgren’s had my car for a whole day 8-16 and when I picked the car up they said that the spare part wasn’t available so the reparation was actually NOT done ? why not check this before booking the customer for an reparation. And why didn’t they call me during the day so I could have picked up the car? I need to be called up for an new appointment but they couldn’t say when. Also they said they close at four even though the website says six. I have waited for this appointment so I’m very disappointed .Not so serious and no respect for me as a customer.

När min BMW m2 skulle på service hade jag bokat en hyrbil ,denna fanns ej så därför fick jag köra hem och åter köra in igen med min bil dagen efter ,trots skriftlig bokning online samt telefonsamtal för att försäkra mig om att hyrbil fanns tillgänglig.Man skyller på att växeln i Småland inte gjort sitt jobb.Jag bokar via BMW och bryr mig inte var Holmgrens personal sitter eller vad dem har för ursäkter,sådant ska bara fungera utan ursäkter.
