Clean and nice hotel! Grate sauna, good breakfast with strong Swedish style coffee!

It's a functional hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying here for your holiday but if you're just traveling through it's adequate. Décor and rooms are a bit dated, the single beds are very narrow and pillows have seen better days, not uncomfortable though. Breakfast and dinner are included, it's okay food. Within walking distance to the centre of Kiruna. I came here on a work trip, I wouldn't stay here for a holiday.

Very hot in rooms in the summer

It’s an okay hotel nothing to fancy but it works. The included dinner is a nice touch if you don’t want to go out and eat.

I can totally agree and repeat Lars' comments. Within the last two years nothing has changed. The hotel has a sauna, you are getting an evening meal and breakfast. That's it. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are nothing, no decorating no comfort, no cosy atmosphere: just a storage room with a small TV and some very fluffy beds. It's more a quiet simple motel and more for backpackers or truckers. The rooms are very cleaned and calm. A shopping center is just across the street.

Great place for a refreshing stop during a road trip.

overall: Bad. Although the personnel was friendly and helpful this hotel is just to expensive for the service you get. rooms feel small and are illogical designed. the bathroom was way to big for the overall size of the room. there was no space in the room for a cupboard to accommodate this large bathroom. No small hand towel were provided. the shower-curtain was to small in with to cover the whole room from splashes and to long in length to hang free from the floor. the provided big towels had hooks above the light switch witch meant that to turn the light in the bathroom on or off usually one of the towels fell on the floor. Electricity sockets, yes plural, in the room were hanging out of the wall. The floor looked like it had not seen the business end of a cleaning mop in quite a while. on the plus side there was a big water boiler in the room to make your own tea (not provided) Breakfast included fresh bread but the rest was old including the cheese, meat and small salmon rolls (these being inedible). Overall choice was adequate. You can even make your own waffels. although the batter for this is left open to the air which makes it spoil rather quick. The patio outside needs a gardener to exterminate all the weeds so people can sit there again. Free parking; shops nearby; free wireless. It all doesn't make up for the lack of atmosphere that exhumes from this hotel.
