Family friendly place. Very nice and clean facilities. Lots of fun activities for kids and adults alike. Staff was very helpful and professional. Only minor thing to improve are the soap dispensers, as they seem somewhat loose due to constant use/wear and tear. maybe heavy duty stainless versions might be better.

I think its pretty fun indoor water and gym but if you are looking for a quiet and calm place you shouldn't go to the main indoor water park. I think they should allow people from 13 and up to go to the gym.
Nice place for the kids and adults. Different temperatures of water for kids and adults. Big slides. Very crowded at weekends and Friday evenings. Try midweek or early in the morning before 14 (2PM).
The place have a queue system to avoid congestion. Tag control to access the lockers and swimming pool. There is some caos in the water slide sometimes when kids does not respect the rules.No photos and no food in swimming area.
