Fantastic little adventure where you get a fascinating story of the Sami history and traditions in their neighbourhood. The whole family loved it.

We booked a slot for walking with the reindeer for our group of four people and they were able to accomodate us the very next day. The experience was serene and magical. The reindeer were very well behaved around people and let us get as close as we wanted to them. We could have spent the entire walk petting them if we wanted to. It was clear from our guides description of the way that they took care of their reindeer, and his own feelings towards them, that they truly look out for their animals and do what is best for them. The giftshop was full of beautiful items, many made with materials such as horn and fur from the reindeer. The experience was a very memorable one that I am very happy that we took part in.

Seems nice, but sadly the Google information (location and opening time) was completely wrong. So we missed out on it. I made an edit, let's hope it gets changed soon.

One of the best days of my life! We finally got to meet these amazing creatures, walk with them in the forest and feed them. Most beautiful animals on earth! Just pure indescribable magic. Thomas and Helena were amazing hosts. We learned a lot about reindeer herding and shopped beautiful Sami jewelry at their gift shop. Sami culture needs more of our attention!

We have visited the place for a \feed reindeers activity\ in June 2020. We both learned a bit about life as a shepherd, about reindeers and about life in the nature. And of course we met the reindeers. There were animals of different age. All were friendly and calm. We were able to feed them from our hands and sometimes even to touch animals. And of course it was OK to take photos. And later you can visit the shop with delicateses and souvenirs. We definitely recommend to visit the place and take a tour!
