Recently bought violin strings in this shop but they proved to be used already. Tried to return them to the store but got a very rude response with no wish to help whatsoever. Claimed that they can never do anything wrong and even accused me of lesser understanding by using a psychological disorder term. I have never ever been met with any behaviour like this in a shop before and strongly recommend people to avoid this shop.

Worst consumer service ever. I won't return.
This store has the worst consumer service I have ever experience in my life. I would not trust to buy something there even via the internet. Stay away, take a train and go to Malmö instead.
Into Music is a great resource. Nice selection of instruments, guitars, pedals, keyboards, drums, ukuleles, music, . There was a defect in a loop pedal we bought and they were very helpful and understanding with the exchange, no trouble. Always good advice.

Nope. I literally just need 2 short XLR cables for my sub/ monitors setup and would rather take the train to Malmö Musikaffär than deal with this dude. At Musikaffär, I always end up having super cool conversations with the staff.
