To start of, after eating here I experienced 4 days of stabbing pain to the gut. My guess is contaminated food because my friend also found hair in hers. Other than that it was and I can't stress this enough very very subpar.

Horrible treatment from the staff and waiting for a long time though i ordered online an hour earlier and still waited half an hour, and when i complained about it they told me to cancel my order. The food was bad and the rice was really bad.

The food was super bad and the rice qas horrible. The staff were really rude after i told them that i've ordered for more than an hour and they told me to cancel the order.

Worst sushi place. The rice is dense. The fish slices on the nigiris are thin, almost translucent. The rolls are a joke, they give the ends that’s without filling, just rice. The audacity to charge as much as the better places.

I remember when I started eating at the chain Sushi-Yama over 10 years ago. Sushi-Yama was great when it first started out because the quality of sushi in Stockholm was really scraping the bottom of a barrel. Sushi-Yama delivered decent standard fish and rice, but that was pretty much it. Nowadays though, Sushi-Yama really needs some kind of boost to make it competitive with the alternatives out there. Apart from the juggernauts Minako Sushi and Sushi Sho that are the luxury brands of course, lower costed sushi at amazing quality has started popping up as Hamzo Sushi, Sushibar Satzuma, Raw Sushi, and the list goes on. I think Sushi-Yama is a nice concept and has the finances to actually get out of its current trench levels and actually compete with what Stockholm has to offer, but for that to happen it needs to acknowledge that it has grown complacent in what sushi in Stockholm was 10 years ago, and adapt to what it is today.

Perhaps the worst customer service in the south of Stockholm. Their below average quality of sushi doesn't impress either
