Went there for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago. Just did a short walk but will return again for a longer one. It has a lovely little cafe, with outside tables amongst the rose garden. Looking forward to having lunch there next summer when all the roses are in bloom. It also has a small garden shop with a mixture of plants and decor items. For the location I was surprised at how reasonable the pricing was, very fair indeed. There is also a pancake/waffle cafe down a trail a bit, which we will try out at sometime in the future. A very beautiful spot and one I would recommend for either some proper exercise or a happy little potter around

Beautiful garden and estate. They have some garden themed events throughout the year and an outdoor theatre with shows. As well, they have a café where one can enjoy a fika. Beautiful views over Lake Aspen too.

Really one of the best place to spend a day out. Kids friendly and nature friendly. Parking place available and washroom is also available inside. If you visit during summer, you can have bath in the beautiful lakeside. These park dates back to 1800 century. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Inside there is Gothenburg university building too (probably one of the best buildings). Commuting can be either by car or bus or train but not very far from Gothenburg or Partille. (distance from central station Gothenburg to Partille station is around 15mins. Express bus runs too half hourly which brings you near to 1km radius to the park. The viewpoint is really peaceful and serene. Come prepared if hiking, swimming or eating is in your list. Nearby the location there are lot of animal farms (cow, horses and sheep's visible in nearby locality). Worth a visit.

Lovely cafe. Delicious, healthy salads and tasty cakes. Great place to stop for refreshments after a trail run.
