No customer service at all. Cashier chewing gum while attending cash register. You go in & out with exactly what you want to buy.
I am expecting a big collections, maybe as much as IKEA? But it is obviously less options, but maybe it has better quality than others, we get a pillow there

I purchased a summer balcony sofa and opted for home delivery of that. It arrived with no wrapping to protect it from scratches. I found one of the sofas had scratch marks of clearly being dragged. I contacted the customer service which first offered me some discount coupon which I refused as I wanted a good condition product for which I had paid. I was told to contact store which I did. First they told me that if I opt for home delivery then it is not JYSK's responsibility of the product. When I confronted them on how they can shun their responsibility, they told me that it was a damaged sofa from the beginning and that's why I got the discount which is a plain lie! When I questioned that do you keep defected pieces in your store, they didn't reply. Very disappointed. Be very careful before buying anything from them.
