Promised delivery between 10am-1pm today. They forgot to bring it! We had to call, the pachage was not on the trailer out to delivery today! Now we have to wait to see if they can track the package. We stayed at home from work to take delivery of the package! Lost money for nothing! Terrible service!! :(

Can't be bothered to deliver anything. I always know that if a packet is to be delivered by DHL, it will never arrive. I don't know if they're stealing packets, or if they're just incompetent. But, it's very frustrating!
