Very, very good support/service handling. That the product that was malfunctioning was bought at another elgiganten and that we had no receit, was no problem with our proof of payment. Fast, smooth handling, like you want it.

Very high prices compared to the international prices
Good place to buy electronics and home appliances. Their guys are pretty well knowledgeable and help in real good way, while choosing things. Insurance is not so good experience, especially for mobile phones(so is everyone else), despite being costliest compared to anyone else. You will realise the caveats and terms only when making claims. I recommend to others, but must check price quickly from other stores and tell them, and they give you lowest price, always live up to this commitment. Its mobile phones experience, that i reduced one star, otherwise all perfect.
