The DFDS Klaipeda line staff is friendly and eventually you board the ferry all right, but the overall organisation of the port is rather poor such as missing or inappropriate guiding signage, the annoying need to leave the car in the parking and enter the building for check-in, then return to the car and go the car line, not to mention many potholes in the tarmac...
