Annual service on my car. I didnt know half their mechanics had left during the summer and that they had recruited trainees to work as mechanics on their own and still charge the full rate. On collecting my car and driving home I noted the radiator light come on, after checking it I saw the water and antifreeze hadn't even been checked. A school boy error. This made me wonder about the rest of the service, Now I am back at Helmia getting the car checked by a real mechanic. More of my time and car off the road again. Not what you expect from a main dealer...
