It's the European equivalent of Aldi. Everything is cheap, high quality, and on pallets instead of on shelves. In addition to the food, they also have a couple aisles of non-food items such as clothes, tools, and small kitchen appliances; a stock which continuously rotates, so items in these aisles may not still be there next week, but instead replaced with another item.
