Submitted my car in the early morning (7 am) for regular service. They could not tell me: 1. Why they were servicing certain things (e.g. it has to be done every year, or it's been too long since last time) 2. Whether they had done something or not last year when I submitted the car to the same service. 3. What time in the day I could expect the service to be done. Points 1 and 2 make me feel like I'm getting scammed. Regarding point 3, they told me that I am to be contacted on my mobile phone when the service is done or nearly done, which never happened by the way. So I wait until 16.15 and I have still not heard anything. I call them to wait twenty minutes in line, and then at 16.35 I finally get someone on the line to happily tell me the car's just finished and that I can pick it up before 17.00. He explains to me that only the dealership is open until 18.00. First of all, google says 18.00, and nowhere on the homepage, at least that is easily accessible and that I am able to find, does it say earlier for the service shop. Second of all how many people in Stockholm live less than 25 minutes commute from something as remote as Esbogatan 8 in Akalla? Are you kidding me? If you are not going to tell me when my car is finished, at least give me correct information about opening times. I am crippled enough already without my car, in these trying times. Edit: Today, when finally retrieving the car, the gentleman who serviced me was very professional and able to answer all my questions, while being very nice and with a good service attitude. This turned the whole experience with Hedin Bil Akalla around, landing at a solid 3 star rating.

Very large car sales place. A bit overwhelming since there is cars on two levels with loads of different brands. Quite an exciting place to visit if you want a variety of cars to look at.
Very sneakily got tricked into a certain fee of 3000 sek for the analysis of the problem with my car whilst I was abroad. They charge this amount before even lifting a finger... Then it turned out that paying for break pads and discs, they overcharge 2000 sek as well as I found another place via auto butler that did this for much less. Very unhappy with this garage!
Very bad costumer service!!! They cancelled my service appointment at the last minute. They have only one technicien for Subaru so it make very difficult. Manager is not customer oriented, AVOID!!!! Before to post this review I sent an e-mail to Hedin Bil I never get any answer. So thank you, Josephine, for your reply.

KIA Motors has probably one of the worst customer services selling new vehicles, they're just not interested of customers, the only interest they got is surfing on computers and chatting on smartphones with friends. Absolutely absurd this is my second visit to a KIA dealer by Hedin and got completely neglected by sales staff. When we wanted to speak to the receptionist a woman, she was busy enough talking with her friends, on the dealer phone, not her smartphone, the dealers phone!! There were no monroney pricing labels on the vehicles, the staff did set the price orally, which in return is illegal by Swedish pricing Law. However the vehicles for sales was locked so weren't able to take a look at it's interiors. As I was making my complaint to the \manager\ with no name tag on him, he replied immediately, quote: \there is no reason for disabled people to get service as anybody else\ his quote made so furious inside that I wanted to reply, but, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Please people don't waste your time here, go else where, were you'll get great customer service.
