The accommodation they offer in Flogsta is terrible. Moreover, they force me to live in a room with bed bugs. there are cheaper places where you can live with a summer rent for free. It is more expensive to buy your own bed/mattress, but then you can be sure there will be no bed bugs in your room. Voilà some bite injuries after more than a month of healing.

This is a very nice place for the students to live. The rent is a bit high. But the facilities are great. We have a single bed with pillow and blanket, a spacious cupboard with hangers for clothes, a Television, A DVD player, A refrigerator with a deep freezer, a micowave oven, a heater, a hot plate with two cooking areas, a big table and few small ones, chairs, and a clean and spacious bathroom. There is a kitchrn downstairs and a Gym. Therefore all the facilities are available. The fact that it is in the center of the city of Uppsala makes it easy to access supermarkets, bus station, train station, University and University hospital. There are five floors ans plenty of rooms available.

Great place, but they force you out or up at 9pm and they turn off the lights of the common areas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Klostergatan 16 during the past school year. I regretfully terminated my 2 year contract and moved to a new place, and am now in the process of trying to move back to Klostergatan 16. I highly recommend trying to get a rental contract through Uppsala Univerity Housing Office here if you are a student here.

They provide no serive, help or advice when having to extend contract, making insane requests and not trying to make it more approachable for foreign students living in Uppsala, if there was any other way of being able to rent an apartment on here I would go for it, but sadly we’re forced to use this horrible horrible service. P. S. Because of their non friendly attitude towards service users, I ended up spending much more money than needed.
