Well if you have yet to experience Koka you could do yourself a favour and book yourself a table. Every course was well made, presented, and surprising. Each course had a cheeky taste and texture that left you guessing about what ingredients were used and what method was used to prepare it. The food felt local, recognizable yet new. Seriously good food. The service was very efficient and personable. The environment was welcoming, tidy, and just uncluttered. We sat for over 3 hours without feeling fatigued. Well worth your time and effort. If you keep this up Koka, you'll get your second star.

3* only even tough the dinner was very good, the dishes creative and the service attentive. The wine pairing was rather disappointing, at least not on a standard for a Michelin rated restaurant. The \main dishes\ are very small, even after 7 courses I was still somehow hungry. Absolutely worth it to go! But no 5* compared to other similar rated Michelin or Gault Millau places.
The best service I have encountered. Kind staff which knows all about wine and food pairing. Felt like a celebrity with different chefs bringing food. Worth the money like no other place. A unique experience for amazing fine dining, and unexpected mix of tastes. Michelin star for a reason!

A very sweet place. Wonderful & warm atmosphere with perfect service. The Food is very good with extremly tasty and creative dishes without losing the northern identity and always down to earth. Fantastic!
Experienced and lovely front of house, food is modern take on local Swedish ingredients. Wine pairings were excellent with every dish. Popular place in Gothenburg and worth a visit when there for a fine dining experience.
Really good food and nice service. One of the finest swedish cuisine I've had. Staff service really efficient and welcoming. I would definitely go back again.
Cozy interior and light, nice service. Their scallops are delicious! Natural wines, in the other hand, are overestimated in my opinion.
