Great store for almost anything on earth! Terrible and rude staff in this branch. Asked for the manager and got an even ruder person. I then went to Bromma where i got excellent service. I do not recommend this toxic branch.

I experienced atrocious customer service here today and had to write a review. I couldn't believe how rude both the service rep and their manager were to me.
As expected . A bit to crowded for covid times and few changes made in the store to facilitate social distancing

Came to this store to buy a \Hand Truck\ (799 SEK) to help me move a big package I was expecting to be delivered later that day. When I got home I realized that it was missing parts which meant I couldn't connect the tires to the frame, so it was basically unusable. When my package arrived, I had nothing to help me move it up the stairs. My girlfriend and I went back to the store today to see if they could give me my money back or at least give me the missing part but the person working for customer service didn't want to help us since we didn't have our receipt with us. We offered to show him our bank statement with the name of the store, data and amount but he didn't even want to see it. We asked him to help us by at least giving us the part that was missing but he refused. He basically refused to do anything to help us, he just said to call customer service even though he works as a customer service representative.

A big warehouse for all sorts of equipment for houses: swimming pools, tents, grills, as well as bicycles, clothes for work, detergents against mould. We have found what we were after - a lawnmower.
When one buys a vacuum cleaner it is expected to vacuum. They did take it back though...in the end!
