We stayed on this small campsite for 5 nights including midsummer nights eve. While on other campsites, there would have been loud parties, here there are actually more friend or family groups that go to bed around midnight. There was a nice little midsummer celebration In the afternoon with the raising of the midsummer pole, singing and dancing around it, and free coffee and strawberry cake for everyone. Quietness is the general theme for the campsit. Even when there was a church children‘s group there for our first days, and there were probably 50 children and youths around, it was still a very relaxed atmosphere. There is a small beach and a pier with a ladder. The water is not very clear dur to some algae, but if it‘s really hot, especially the children don‘t mind ;) There is a fully equipped kitchen on the campsite that can be used free of charge. The toilets and showers are very clean, showers cost 5kr. for 3min. The place is mostly used by caravans (as for most official Swedish campsites), but we could easily find a space for our tent as well, for 195kr. per night.
