A shame that the reception do such a terrible job, the doctors at this clinic are being let down by the front desk..Myself and my family are listed here and have met such fantastic doctors but unfortunately tired and unhelpful staff at the front desk. The phone queue is constantly filled by 8.00, they discourage you to come in and make you feel so unwelcome. My son was in there today with a streptococcus infection in his nose, he is 5 years old and the receptionist told my husband that they don’t allow ‘drop-ins’ at this clinic. (We’re registered here!!) The doctor helped us and was very good but so disappointed again by this receptionists attitude. We are going to report it actually, and hopefully they change their staff on the front desk ASAP!!

Terrible reception, awful planning, and no time.
Det har varit lite svajigt på den här kliniken. Men jag har alltid fått bra bemötande, även om det ibland varit svårt att få tider. Men nu senast gick det snabbt och dialogen under besöket och efter har varit snabb, bra och tydlig.
Mycket dåligt bemötande och otrevlig personal i receptionen. Svåra att nå, svårt att få tid och oklara instruktioner när man skall lämna prover (Stod utanför en låst dörr i 45 minuter). Varit flera händelser som jag anmält till verksamhetschef. Inte längre listad på denna vårdcentral.
Ofta så otroligt trist bemötande i telefonen och de skulle aldrig be om ursäkt för att de ringer upp 20 min efter estimerad uppringningstid. De har väldigt sällan tider kvar även fast man ligger på telefonen kl 08. Annars har mina besök hos läkarna alltid varit bra, men mottagandet i receptionen och bemötandet i telefonen är usel.
