It's a very big toy/baby stuff store

One of the few actual in real life baby stores (also with toys for older children) in Västerås. They are competitive with most other baby stores. In several cases we've also been able to test items in the car to check for fits. I've bought several items from here and have been happy with them. The one negative point (that earns it a 3 rather than 4 star review) is the service level. When browsing and looking at prams, seats, etc you will generally not find staff approaching you and asking if you need help. This might be great for some but when trying to navigate the complicated universe of pram designs some help can be useful. In saying this, being proactive, tracking someone down and asking specifically for help works. In spite of this I will return though.

Ett bra utbud och rimliga priser. Fick suverän hjälp samt mycket trevligt bemötande.
Väldigt oengagerad personal. Har varit inne flera gånger och inte ens blivit bemött med ett hej när jag gått runt. Känns väldigt opassande och framför allt i en sån typ av butik.
Stod och väntade på personal säker 20 min tills jag fick gå och leta. Tråkigt
Stor butik med barnleksaker och babysaker. Trevlig personal.
