They pay their customer support 3.5 EUR per hour (and they're allegedly from Sweden!) I guess all that \consciousness\, \sustainability\ and \goodness\ leaves no money for their employees. This is the worst kind of company, DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.
