Good brand, horrible service. My wife was treated exceptionally bad - the sales assistant clearly assuming that she wouldn’t buy anything and being ignorant and patronizing... Not ok to have customers leaving the store with hurt feelings... Not ok... She eventually ended up with a competitor (starting with C) where service was flawless- try that shop instead...
The staff is very helpful and very nice. Late afternoon and weekend is quite busy.

Just today made my first purchase in the store. I've been before but never actually bought anything. I'm so happy with the experience. My helper was very kind and gave us information such as thing bought here are made in France, compared to American things that are made there and have a very different price point. I opted for embossing on my item and was promised it to be ready by tomorrow (I was at the store just before closing) which I was happy with. Although I got a phone call just 10 minutes after leaving saying the embossing was ready and that I could go back. So something like 15 minutes after closing I came back to take my item. That's five stars right there. Thank you so much!
Horrible service. 20 min for 1 person entry. 5 consultants are walking around instead of working.
A Great LV Store/Very Professional And Friendly Staff
I have spend a vast amount with Louis Vuitton, I visited this store today and was queuing outside to be let in, once inside I was added to a list to wait for a sales assistant, when I finally had someone assigned to me everything I wanted was out of stock. I visit Dubai twice a year Louis Vuitton in Emirates mall, the service is fantastic nothing is too much trouble and I am treated like a celebrity. I will never buy from your store again, your staff are rude and uninterested and cannot give you the time you need to make a selection. You should be ashamed of yourselves Louis Vuitton.
