I ordered from the app and it took a bit time because of some issues but the staff were so helpful like always. I loved the taste of apple pie with vanilla sauce and I am sure I am gonna order it again :).
It's a great place to sit when you're waiting for the bus. To get more customers, this cafe needs to lower the prices a little.

LOST ALL ITS CHARM Have been going to EH for October and November every year for their amazing Pumpkin Latté, plus regularly at other times of the year, this was my favourite place in Luleå and in fact in the whole of Norrbottons. Sitting on the comfy leather sofas, surrounded by the bookshelf decor, gave it an atmosphere as authentic to any cáfe I frequented when I lived in Oxford England. Sadly that has now gone as they have redecorated and it has lost all its character and charm and now feels like sitting in any other IKEA decorated cáfe. The staff are still very friendly and efficient and the Coffee and cakes are just as good. But it no longer stands out from the crowd. It’s now disappointingly boring. On a plus side for my family, we are now visiting the other 30 cáfe’s in Luleå that I had previously ignored in favour of going to Expresso House. Change is not always good.
The coffee is great and the cake tastes amazing.
So noisy place and they keeping music high to cover on the noise that makes you feel stress
Nice place to chilling with friends and enjoy some delightful coffee and nice foods after go around and shopping. Good services
