Im very sorry to tell that , the communication and customer service, are unprofessional.. firstly I wanted to pend my subscription after six years of my subscription there ,, and the person was working there did a mistake in the instead of pending me for a year, he did it for a month, which I paid twice or three times during two month , and when I called the customer service, she was not nice and unprofessional at all , and she were angry and she wanna finish the call and her voice was so rough and tough to me. Actic’s as a gym is not the best at all , and I will never be there again after this call.. you should hire someone can talk with customers in a nice way instead of be angry and not nice with them, especially when the mistakes come from your service

Only 1 pool
Excellent place for gymming and swimming. Very clean swimming pool for adults and kids. There is a small and separate pool for kids. Kid below 5 should always be accompanied by an adult. The gym is highly sophisticated and is unisex. There is no parking right outside this place.
They have good group classes. The overall gym equipment is good, but often broken and unmaintained. Air quality is quite bad; ventilation really needs an upgrade. Customer service mostly ignores your questions.

Very nice pool facility offering a great water aerobics class 2 x per week (Mon & Fri) and a good sauna facility.
Needs some machine upkeep - many tools are worn out or broken. Often a bit dirty. It does, however, have all the equipment you need.
