The place is spacious and beautiful and there are many options from Volvo and Renault cars. And the staff are always smiling. You can search between new cars and car with relatively old models.

Technical knowledge and the car service itself is fine, but the customer service is appallingly bad. On several occasions waiting times have been 15 - 30 minutes with no queue because the staff were simply doing something else, and only when they were done turning papers would they in their grace allow the customer to approach. Personally, I recommend finding a more customer-centric establishment.
Great customer service particularly Torbjörn Gross. He is very supportive and professional Salesman from welcoming until receiving the car (Volvo V40)
