Technical knowledge and the car service itself is fine, but the customer service is appallingly bad. On several occasions waiting times have been 15 - 30 minutes with no queue because the staff were simply doing something else, and only when they were done turning papers would they in their grace allow the customer to approach. Personally, I recommend finding a more customer-centric establishment.
