The process has been an absolute disgrace. They promised me a car within 4 weeks that is, beginning of April. We're reaching the beginning of August and 5 months later, the car is still not delivered. The only info I got were the one I got when I reached them. When I told the car seller that I wanted out, he asked me to pay 7% of the price of the car. No shame, nor dignity. Finally, I met the chief of sales who accepted my request and broke the contract in a respectful way.

Uninterested and unhelpful staff. Was looking at a second hand Golf and that almost directly lost the interest of the girl serving us. We wanted to test drive a particular car and she kept asking if we were REALLY interested in this car .. her whole attitude was like we were taking up her time. Avoid this branch. Try VW in Malmö or Helsingborg instead.

The service is disgraceful and their words cannot be trusted. The car had a faulty gearbox in warranty and they replaced it with the used one and messed up the rear parking sensors. They tried to put the cost of messing up sensors on me. The replaced gearbox is also not working after the fix and they refused to give a warranty on it. Unacceptable!!
So they keep making mistakes with reservations, they even messed up the order of a brand new car so it was missing features I signed for on the contract, they forgot to put in pressure sensors as requested another time on my new winter tires and they managed and three different times give my three different quotes for a service I needed. Quality on work is so far good just that everything is a mess.
