I went in to pick up medications for my dog on the way home from the vet,(dog with me in her box) Pharmacist could not find the recept in the system. Ok, I called the clinic& they said it went into the system 2 hours ago, if still not there have pharmacist call them. It was still not in the system and pharmacist REFUSED TO CALL the clinic. Store was not busy at the time. No excuse... just refused.12:00, Mon, August 29.
