They cancel swimming classes because they found feces in the pool (which is good) but don't make up for those paid classes that the kids loose (waste of money). Also, they don't reply to emails.
Am extremely disappointed that lessons are cancelled and not replaced. On a request for compensatory entry tickets to Hogevällsbadet, this was rejected as our lessons are at Delphi. These lessons are expensive. We have been members for years. Hate to think how much it has cost us. Unfortunately, there is not much competition in Lund for swimmign classes for kids and Poseidon thrive on this. To illustrate, when term is almost to an end, current members are given the option to log in and book at 8.00 on a particular day meaning there is a big rush for popular times. In my opinion, there is too much emphasis on running a business, but in sayign this, there a some good trainers.
Rekommenderas inte. Oerfarna ledare. Inriktningen är mot crawl, fjäril etc, med resultatet att barnen inte lär sig simma vanligt särskilt bra - även efter flera år. De får inte med de enkla kraven skolidrotten testar barnen på heller.
Väldigt bra simklubb med härliga medarbetare och trevlig atmosfär
