I had done the full insurance when rented a car. The person that came to bring the car asked if I wanted to buy also the one on glass and I said no. The day after I returned the car, I was charged more than 1500 sek because they said there was a scratch on the wheel. I called to know more and they told me: \Sorry but you did not want to buy the insurance for glass and tires\. That answer was weird. They avoided to say that the insurance was also about the tires when they brought the car, if you do not read it yourself you will never know until you must pay for that! I am quite sure I did not scratched it because I was very careful. I was naive and did not check the car when I left it with no-one present from the company to check, at the moment, if the car had the scratch when I left it or it was done afterward by someone else in the parking. I suggest to leave the car to the shop and check it with the staff or always to take pictures of the car when taking and after returning it because they do not take any time to show you the condition of it before and you never know what can happen after you leave it. Or, if you can, use another company!
