If I had the chance to rate Lyca Mobile with an even inferior star I would definitely do that. One of the poorest service I've ever experienced. Ordered a SIM on the 24/03 to be shipped in Stockholm. Been waiting for 12 days and haven't received anything yet. Immediately asked for a refound, which additionally won't happen before 12 working days. Worst thing? Customer service. They couldn't be able to give me any information concerning the shipment process. Seemed like I was talking to robots, not humans. Shameful
Network coverage and Internet speed, Tariff price, Easy to buy a SIM card, Simple to top up the balance in big cities. Unable to activate tariff online, Payment in 30 days, not in a month, Write-off of the balance on the account without reason.

No connection suddenly anymore. Struggled 2 weeks with the costumer service. Never tried to help me or find a solution. Bought two new sim cards since they told me to. Didn't work. Changed now to someone other and everything works fine. Stay away from it.
there is one selfish lady insids lyca costumer support, she love to do torture costumers, she cut the phone, she force you talk english, she disapear in calling time, she is selfish in high level. this lyca is worth just one cent.
I purchased a Smart XXL bundle with 50GB of data that comes with 30GB of data :)))) . The guy from customer service told me that I need to get it from Lycamobile website not from phone balance to have 50GB of data ( he's convinced of that ) , most stupid answer ever , like the balance came by magic . Grow up , guys
Took free sim in Skavsta. Spent 2 hours to activate it - no luck You can’t reach the customer support But the instruction said just enter the sim card and you can use it.
