A wonderful place in summer, and picturesque in winter, but dangerous. The county's snow clearing policy is based on shuffling all snow onto the sidewalks, explicitly naming them snow deposits. This forces pedestrians into the streets, which frequently are icy and dimly lit. It's dangerous and if you are a tourist visit in summer instead.
