Not reccomended. I booked a tooth cleaning which was priced c.a. 400 sek. Got there the dentist was late 15 min, she looked not confortable with what she was doing. Furthermore she put sth on my teeth without me asking and without informing me and charged me 1000 sek more. When I tried to talk to the reception to ask why I paid so much they were rude and did not clarify it.

Why is just one star? I never have such a horrible experience. It was my first time to see a hygienist and dentist through the last minute appointment in Gothenburg. And it is also my first time to see a dental clinic in Gothenburg. After a normal check up, the hygienist started to push us out and charged us a normal price. So we remand to her that we were through the last minute appointment, then immediately she gave us a lower price and told us to pay on the front table. Everything seemed to be very reasonable. After a month later, at my second time, I chose to see a dentist in a private clinic, I wanted to pay them some money through my Folktandvarden account. But the dentist told us my Folktandvarden account three hundred kr is not existed anymore. Sooooooo, It was the hygienist who stole the money in my account without informing us! How horrible! So she gave us the lower price which was not reasonable! Unbelievable! So annoying! It is not just the about the money and it is about honesty, integrity, and loyalty of a person. Horrible dental clinic!
Så himla bra klinik! Har alltid tyckt det är jobbigt att gå till tandläkaren men här blir man så bra bemött. Personalen är både kompetent och trevlig.
Väldigt hjälpsamma och duktiga
Sämsta bemötande jag har sett. Av en kvinna som hade lite svårt att förstå och då står de och skriker på henne och lyssnar inte på vad hon försökte säga. Det var flera framme och skulle \hjälpa\ henne och alla lika otrevlig men speciellt en vid namn Pia. byter till privat tandläkare den saken är säker!!!!!!
Otrolig otrevlig personal som skriker och vägrar hjälpa en. En vid namn Pia skicka runt så jag fick ringa fram och tillbaka för att hon vägrade hjälpa mig det resultera i att hon hade gjort fel!
Bra personal , nytt å trevligt.
