A bit off so it can be difficult to get there but a nice area for a conference with the water nearby.

Cruise ship terminal. Basic services are provided (bar, toilet, public transport tickets sale and information). 40 mins walk to the city or 15 minutes bus ride (the bus stop is 5-10 minutes walk however)
